Vincetta Green Obituary (1956 - 2021)

Please read information posted here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/daily-life-coping/funeral-guidance.html THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION AND Vincetta Green was born October 10, 1956 in Bellville, Texas to Ethel Miller and Alton Charles, Sr. Vincetta graduated from Bellville High School and went on to attend and work at Prairie View A & M University. Vincetta later moved to Austin, Texas where she worked for the City of Austin - Health Dept. Rosewood Zaragosa Neighborhood Center for five years and later Ashwell (The Wright House Wellness Center) where she retired in 2020. Vincetta had three children, Ondre D. Green (deceased), Farleshia L. Green and Corey A. Green. Vincetta was a wonderful mother, granny, aunt, and friend. She was loved by all who she met. Vincetta was very passionate about her work and the community. Her wonderful spirit and happiness will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her. She quietly departed this life Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children and her family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Miller-Green, her father, Alton Charles, Sr., and her son Ondre Green, Sr. She leaves her daughter, Farleshia Green and son, Corey Green, thirteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends to cherish and treasure her life, love, and happiness which she emitted to all who knew her.
