Ruth Birdie (Waechter) Hodge Obituary (1960

Ruth Birdie Waechter Hodge 60, passed away at home in Austin, TX on February 3rd, 2020. She was born on February 2nd, 1960 at Lackland Air Force Base. She married the love of her life Jesse Hodge on April 15th, 1985. She was a big animal lover and would try to help anyone in need. She enjoyed playing games on her computer and ranking high on her games. Family was important to her and she loved with her whole heart. She is preceded in death by her late husband Jesse Hodge, and mother Peggy Waechter. She is survived by her 7 siblings David Waechter of Texas, Mary Butler of New York, John Waechter of Arizona, Josephine McCormick of California, Julie Forbing of Texas, Jacob Cloud of Texas, and Daniel Johnson of Texas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces, nephews, many cousins and friends. There will be a small memorial held for immediate family on June 19th, 2020 in Austin, TX. Her final resting place will be the Travis County Wells School Cemetery in Manor, TX.
