Roxanne Brown

–

Austin, Texas

With a heart heavy with sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved Roxanne "Foxy Roxy" Denise Brown, born in Austin, Texas on October 21, 1968, and left us too soon on September 29, 2026. Roxanne was a vibrant soul, her laughter a melody that will echo in our hearts forever. She was a loving, compassionate, ambitious, and funny woman whose presence illuminated every room she entered. As Maya Angelou perfectly said, "A great soul serves everyone all the time. A great soul never dies. It brings us together again and again." Roxanne was that great soul, and her spirit will never die but will continue to bring us together in love and memories.

Roxanne was a remarkable woman who loved her family fiercely and found immense joy in being a grandmother. Her passion for cooking was a testament to her nurturing nature, as she loved to make people happy with her delicious dishes. Roxanne was a woman of ambition, working hard to provide for her family and never backing down from a challenge.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Don Brown Sr. and Beverly Carol Brown.

She was survived by her loving daughter, Chevalier Brown, sons Alfred Satterwhite and Mark Maxwell Jr., her loyal partner, Eric Ewring, and her siblings Vicki Lynn Brown, Beverly Brown, Don Brown Jr., and Larry Brown, and 4 grandchildren.

As we bid farewell to our Foxy Roxy, we invite you to remember her not with sadness but with the joy and love she brought into our lives.

We encourage everyone who knew Roxanne to share their memories and upload photos of her to the memorial page. Let's celebrate Roxanne Brown's life and keep her spirit alive in our hearts and memories.
