Hutto, Texas
Nekechie Nykistierre "Bob" Miller, born on April 3rd, 1991, in Starkville, MS, was a beacon of loyalty, love, and laughter. His humor was infectious, lighting up any room he was in, and his warmth was felt by all lucky enough to know him. Bob resided in Hutto, Texas, where his presence was a constant source of joy and comfort. His dedication to family was unparalleled and his devotion to his children was the very core of his heart.
Bob was a man of many talents and passions. Following in his family's footsteps, he mastered the art of barbecue, winning over hearts and stomachs with his famous ribs, chicken spaghetti, cabbage, and drunken chicken. A die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, just like his beloved Gramps, Bob lived for football season, hosting unforgettable gatherings filled with good food and camaraderie. He was an adventurer at heart, turning every trip into a memory-filled excursion. Bob snorkeled with dolphins, ziplined over oceans, attended concerts and sporting events, and even sat front row at the CMAs in Nashville. He crammed a lifetime of travel and experiences into 35 vibrant years.
Bob's professional life was marked by hard work and dedication. A proud athlete for Leander High School, he earned a scholarship to Angelo State, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business in 2013. His career spanned from roofing to aviation fuel, where he served as a supervisor for PrimeFlight Aviation. He took immense pride in delivering top-notch customer service and relished the opportunity to lead and care for his team. Bob's success was not only measured by his career achievements but by the lasting impact he had on those he worked with.
Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Chelsea Rundberg; his children, Sophia Alba and Benjamin Miller; his step-daughter, Madeline Kelly; his parents, Dylanda Miller-Hall and Mario Hall; his grandparents, James and Dianne Cooper, Willam and Renee Hall, Lorenzo and Viola Jones, Charlie and Lacretia Coleman; his step-mother, Lakebbia Hughes; and his brother, Jayce Hall. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Evangeline Hughes, and his father, Nekechie Hughes. He was also blessed with three special aunts—Lylanda Richardson, Cassandra Miller and Tameka Miller—and a very special group of friends, along with a host of loving uncles and cousins who held a special place in his heart.
As we gather to remember and celebrate Bob's life on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, at Greater Mt. Zion Church, we reflect on the blessings of having known such a remarkable man. His memory will continue to inspire us, his laughter will echo in our hearts, and his love will forever bind us together. Please join us in remembering Bob by sharing your memories and photos on his memorial page. As stated in 2 Corinthians 4:18, "So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." Bob's spirit and love will forever remain in the hearts of those he touched.
