Merry Kathryn Daye (Cookie), was 45 years old when God called her home on December 16, 2019. She was born September 25, 1974 in Austin, Texas to Daniel Daye and Merry Robertson. She graduated from Austin High in 1994. She soon received her LVN license and later became a wife and mother to her loving children. She was an extremely giving and caring person. She was the kind of person that would give you the shirt off of her back if she felt you needed it. She was full of energy, and had a real love for the water. She loved to go fishing, camping, and swimming. She devoted much of her time and energy as a caregiver. Her charm and smile enlightened any given moment. She was a people person whose infectious laugh touched everyone who came in contact with her.
