Marvin "Possum" Clayborne

In the early morning of January 28, 2023 Marvin Clayborne peacefully

departed this life.
Marvin, 70 was born March 7, 1952 in Austin, Tx. He was the second

oldest child to the parents of Alfred M. Clayborne and Florence Watkins-Lee.

They both preceded him in death. Also preceding him is one grandchild Zavyan

James Clayborne, Shannon Clayborne(daughter in law) ,Ray Reed(brother in

law), best friend Robert (Crab) Coleman Jr, and Renee Rivers( wife).

He attended Austin Independent Public schools and graduated from the

old LC Anderson High School. He worked for IRS, St. Edward's University and

Hadco Semiconductor. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist church. He

liked fast cars, Mexican food, money, and women.
He leaves to cherish in his memory, 3 daughters DeShawn, Kavesha and

Bridgett and 6 sons Marvin(Felicia), Timothy(Valerie), Michael(Shanetice),

Bernard(Desiree), Alfred Larance(Ebonee), and Xavian.

He leaves one brother George Watkins (Carolyn) and four sisters Patricia

Reed of Austin, Deborah Atkinson(William) of Pflugerville, Sharon Clayborne and

Elizabeth Robertson(Rob) of Houston, Tx.
His life will forever be cherished in the lives of his 31 grandchildren, 19

great-grandchildren and a host of neices, nephews, family, and friends.
