Eulalia Yvonne (Ennis) Cathey Obituary (1946 - 2018)

Eulalia Yvonne Ennis Cathey was born June 14, 1946 in Manor, Texas to Willie Mae Hicks and Maple Ennis. She was raised in a Christian home and was a loyal member of Gildon Creek 3rd Baptist Church. She attended the Manor Independent School District and was an Early Childhood Development Teacher until her health declined. Eulalia was the mother of Louis Ennis, Patricia Ennis, Katherine Ennis, Frostie Cribbs, and a daughter she took in under her wing, Lori Jones. She later married R. C. Cathey. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, her two older brothers, Samuel Hunter and Virgil Higgins. Eulalia leaves to cherish her memory, her baby brother David Hicks, her four children, seventeen grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and an entourage of extended loving family.
