Sunrise: Feb 9, 1938 Sunset: Oct 04, 2019 Annie M. Nelson "Ganny, Annie Boone, Momma" was born in Seguin, Texas to Sealy Anderson and Perry Redix. Ann was the third of six children and raised in a loving family. She attended school in Seguin Texas. Ann moved to Austin, Texas in the early seventies. She was employed and retired from Motorola. She loved dancing, listening to music and was always the life of the party. She was always smiling and was very blunt "straight shooter" about everything. If you wanted to know the truth, just ask her. {Good or bad} She was everyones' favorite aunt. We will miss her dearly. Preceding her in death were her parents and her siblings; brother Roosevelt Redix, sister Edna Mae Grant Holder and brother Redus Bonds. Ann leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life, two sisters, Rose Lee Palmer {Toothie} of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Lena Mae Rivers of San Antonio,Texas; her daughter Shena Alexander and son in law Keelyn Alexander and god son Zarin Turner; granddaughters Latoya Day (Byron), Lashawnda Pollard and Takisha Ballard;great grand children Aniah Williams, Christal Williams, Jazelle Williams, Selaya Jarmon, Jordyn and Jaydyn Citty and Tahfari Ade; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
